Responsibility (2)

When we are responsible, we do our part and we do it well.
We know what our duties are and we carry them out willingly.
We are dependable and trustworthy. People can count on us.

We are responsible in our actions because whatever we do will
have impact on ourselves and others. Sometimes, we may face
obstacles that may prevent us from being responsible. We need
to be aware of these obstacles and try our best to overcome them.

As responsible people, we take good care of ourselves and we choose
The right people as friends. We make responsible decisions by thinking
Carefully about our choices and how they will affect ourselves and others.
We take time for self-reflection and learn from our experiences in life.

A Positive Attitude Is the Key to Success

Before you say “I can’t,” Make sure you’ve already tried.
Before you let doubts stop you, confront them with facts.
Before reasons convince you it’s impossible, pursue the one reason that makes it possible.
Before failure enters your mind, hide success in your heart.
Before fear holds you back, go forward with faith.
Before problems interfere with your plans, use them to accomplish your goals.
Before you hold back because you think others are better, show them what a winner you are.
Before you settle for less, hold on to what is most important.
Before you believe there is no way, keep going and you’ll make one.
Before you give up, be at peace inside.
Before you dismiss your dreams, wait until they’ve come true.
Before you go looking for happiness, make your own where you are!

Respect (4)

Respect yourself- give yourself the best chance of growing and developing to your potential.
Be your own best friend; you are certain to have many likeable aspects- like yourself.
Protect and encourage the esteem of others- help make them fell good about themselves.
Strengthen your own self-esteem – change how you fell about yourself; encourage yourself with gusto.
Accept yourself, faults and all- acknowledge and affirm your good qualities.
Acknowledge your emotions as they arise- do not deny emotions, release them.
Meditate on how others see and experience you- envy and admire yourself.
Rid yourself of controlling influences, people, or substances that lead to self-deprecation.
Blame your ego for your problems, not other people.
Practice distinguishing your higher self from your daily self- bring the two into convergence.

Respect (3)

Confucius said: "A youth must be filial towards his parents and respectful to elders. To be filial towards one's parents and to respect one's elders is the root of bebevolence. He should love everyone but draw close only to those who demonstrate benevolence. Should he have energy to spare, let him spend it on reflecting on his work."
